Associate Director, Operations

Budine Pucylowski is ITP's associate director of operations. She is an engaging team leader with expertise in onboarding and training highly skilled professionals, managing dynamic teams, and effective cross-functional collaboration and relationship development. Passionate about designing strategy, implementing plans, delivering results, and analyzing metrics to improve client success. Before joining IPT in 2023, Budine held business development roles at Select Rehabilitation, Therapy Management Corporation, and Select Medical Rehabilitation Services. She served as director of operations for the Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation.
